Following in the footsteps of the ancients on OAT's Machu Picchu & Galapagos tour, we walked among the massive ruins of the "Lost City of the Incas" and experienced Peruvian culture in the Sacred Valley. On Ecuador's Galapagos Islands, we swam in unspoiled coves with friendly sea lions. We found a living laboratory of Darwin's theory of evolution in these "Enchanted Isles."

On OAT's Tuscany & Umbria tour through the countryside of Italy, visiting the small hilltop towns steeped in history. We also visited Rome for a few days.

March found us on an adventure on OAT's Heart of India tour and extension to Nepal. We got to participate in activities we never imagined we might.

We spent December 2016 in Central America with eight other family members on OAT's Route of the Maya tour travelling to El Salvador to Honduras to Guatemala to Belize. We learned about the Maya creation legends and visited the sites that expressed the origins of those stories.
