Villa Romana del Casale is a stunningly well preserved Roman home with elaborate mosaics. A mudslide covered the villa, keeping much of its contents intact.

As a museum visitor you have access to all the rooms from above on catwalks.

The residents must have been very wealthy given the size and luxurious appointments within the villa.
