Marble Canyon and the Vermilion Cliffs are sections of the Colorado River canyon in northern Arizona from Lee's Ferry to the confluence with the Little Colorado River that marks the beginning of the Grand Canyon.
Marble Canyon is well known for the Navajo Bridge, where US Highway 89A crosses the Colorado River. We saw some juvenile condors on the bridge's superstructure.
On our way here from Bryce, we visited Best Friends Rescue, the Toadstools outside of Kanab, and Horseshoe Bend near Page, Arizona.
We drove down to Lee's Ferry and walked along the banks of the Colorado River.
